underwhelming stay, issues with room and noise

noisy a c poor soundproofing

the location was close to the conference center, convenient.

The room was tiny, and the a/c unit made a lot of noise. It didn't work very well! also, i could hear everything through the walls. It was so bad that i heard every tv and conversation from other rooms. the staff was friendly! but the wi-fi was slow.

Fantastic Location and Superb Service!

central location friendly staff breakfast choices

I loved the hotel's central location! It was easy to get around, and close to everything. The staff was helpful and friendly. They even assisted me with directions to local attractions! Included breakfast offered plenty of choices. I especially enjoyed the croissants and fresh fruit.

The elevator was a bit small. Sometimes it felt crowded. But it worked without issues.

The room had a comfortable queen bed. It also offered a Keurig coffee maker and a refrigerator for convenience. I also saw that the bathroom was clean. The provided shampoo and conditioner were also a great touch!

My room had a microwave for heating snacks. The air conditioner worked perfectly. A coffee machine was available in the room, which i APPRECIATED.

convenient location and early check-in!

early check-in really good enjoyment

I was thrilled the hotel allowed an early check-in. It helped . having this flexibility significantly improved my plans for exploring victoria island and butchart gardens that day. the ability to settle in early.!!

the room decor felt a little dated. the gray color scheme and lack of pictures in my room detracted slightly from the overall experience. a few updates could refresh the space.
